Old Business

Banners

Phil’s tarp is fixing the banner that needs repair. There are 5 blue banners and 3 red banners. The thinking is that 3-4 banners could go on Hwy 11, 4-5 banners on Front Street and 7-8 banners on Main Street. We would need to order approx. 8 more banners. Tina will contact Design to try to get a fax of the banners with the different writing.

Ad sign

Colonial Rental is selling some of their rental equipment. Arlen will check to see what they have for signs and get pricing if they have signs.

501c3

We will need a Mission statement and the bylaws to complete the paperwork for the 501c3 status.

New Business

Parade

Troy Rydell is interested in having an entrant in the parade.

Mailings

Mailings are still being updated when needed.

Dinner

Tickets will be available for those wanting to attend the dinner and did not get a reunion letter. Money is starting to come in for the dinner. People mailing in their registration for the dinner will be able to pick up their ticket at the door or sometime before the dinner. Tina and Carmen will finalize the menu. An individual from the community has offered the use of picnic tables for the dinner and/or dance.

Anniversary celebration

• Denise Pinkney has written an article to put into the newspaper about the Anniversary celebration this summer.
• If 16 people would be interested, Yolanda Luick would like to have a Brain game’s event for the celebration.
• Games from Games Galore or Games to Go will be checked for pricing and availability.

Next meeting will be April 16, 2008 at 7 pm at the Community Center.
