Old Business

Banners

Arlen is checking with Weiser’s printing for the printing of the banners. We have 8 banners that are still in good shape.

Ad sign

A sign that would be on wheels that could be put at the corner of Main and Front street would cost about $400.00.

New Business

Parade

Denise Wik will work with the planning of the parade. Bob Green is interested in have entries into the parade.

Red River Telephone might be willing to have something entered into the parade.

Mailings

Mailings are still being updated when needed.

Dinner

The meal for the anniversary celebration will be turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, other items will be chosen later. Tickets will be available for those wanting to attend and did not get a reunion letter. Money is starting to come in for the dinner. People mailing in their registration for the dinner will be able to pick up their ticket at the door or sometime before the dinner. Details will be coming soon.

Next meeting will be March 26, 2008 at 7 pm at the Community Center.
