The February 9^th meeting was called off due to the weather.

Working with a woman in Fargo to get the forms filled out.

Banners

Arlen will be getting updated quotes from the companies. Arlen has drafted a letter to send to businesses to see if there is any interest in sponsoring a banner.

New Business

Easter Egg Hunt

The annual Easter Egg hunt will be March 15^th at the Fairmount School from 10 am to noon.

Annual meeting elections

Motion was made by Carmen to keep all officers the same for 1 more year. Sandy made the second. Motion passed.

Next meeting will be March 12, 2008 at 7 pm at the Community Center.
